Yes. Telehealth appointments are available, allowing eligible patients to receive psychiatric care from a private location using a secure video platform.
Your physical location at the time of your appointment may affect whether services can be provided due to professional licensing requirements.
Currently services are provided for the clients in the state of Arizona.

Limited in-person appointments may be available at the Harmony Integrated Care office in Tucson, Arizona. Please check the appointment schedule or contact the office for current availability.

A prescription may be provided when clinically appropriate, but it is not guaranteed.
Some situations may require additional medical records, laboratory testing, previous treatment information, coordination with another healthcare professional, or further evaluation before medication can safely be prescribed.

Please request refills before you run out of medication and allow adequate time for the request to be reviewed.
Some medications may require a follow-up appointment before they can be renewed. Refill requests do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

Ongoing medication management requires appropriate clinical follow-up. If you are overdue for an appointment, you may be required to schedule and attend a follow-up visit before additional medication can be prescribed.

Yes. Harmony Integrated Care accepts select insurance plans.
Insurance participation may change, so patients are encouraged to visit the Insurance/Payment section of the website or contact their insurance company to verify that Harmony Integrated Care and the treating provider are currently considered in-network under their specific plan.

Patients are responsible for applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, self-pay charges, and other patient-responsibility amounts.

Your initial psychiatric evaluation is an opportunity for your provider to learn about you and understand your concerns.
During your appointment, you may discuss:

Previous mental health treatment
Personal treatment goals
At the end of the evaluation, your provider will discuss recommendations and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.n

No. Scheduling a psychiatric evaluation does not guarantee that medication will be prescribed.
Medication decisions are based on your clinical evaluation, medical and psychiatric history, symptoms, safety considerations, and whether medication is appropriate for your individual circumstances.

Yes. Coordination with other healthcare professionals can be an important part of psychiatric care.
With your written authorization, Harmony Integrated Care may communicate with your primary care provider, therapist, specialist, pharmacy, or other members of your healthcare team when clinically appropriate.
